All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Digital Products (PDF guides & eBooks): Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned or refunded. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at bestfreetourssydney@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Wearables (Beanies, T-Shirts & Hoodies): Each item is made to order, meaning we produce them specifically for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at bestfreetourssydney@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
